Streamline procedure Required forms
Please prepare the following forms/information for tax years 2011-2013:
- 106 forms – if you were employed throughout the year (in the case of independent employment please prepare annual tax forms for the relevant timeframe).
- If you were employed in the U.S. please prepare a W2 form or Miscellaneous 1099.
- If you have an investment account in Israel, please submit a 867 form (detailing income from this account, including: interest, pidends and net profit).
- If you own an investment account in the U.S., please submit a 1099 form.
- If you are partners in a U.S. company, please submit Schedule k-1 forms.
- If you collect income from property owned in the U.S. or Israel, please mention this to your Virtue Tax Group representative and he will guide you appropriately.
- If you have any other income that was not mentioned in the list above, please mention it to your Virtue Tax Group representative and he will guide you appropriately (for example: social security payments, pension funds, company ownership profits, etc.)
In order to report your foreign bank account statement, please prepare all of the following information for each type of account you owned for the tax years 2008-2013:
- Account number.
- Type of account.
- Maximum account value during the year.
- Full address of the financial institution where the account was held.
- own Jointly/separately.
*For your convenience we will send an Excel spreadsheet that should assist you with organizing the information required above and the TDF-22.1 for F-bar filing once a request is made by you.
